Avoid excessive use of lotions, perfumes and chemicals.   Wash gently with soft bristle brush & dish soap.  Cut welded jump ring with scissors to remove if needed.  Changes to body chemistry is prone to tarnishing. 

We are not responsible for lost, snagged or broken chains.  if any of these happen a new chain will have to be purchased.

If your chain breaks at the jump ring after 14 days or if you have to remove it by cutting the jump ring, save the chain and we will re-weld it for free.

All chains used are either 14k gold, 14k gold filled or sterling silver.  Dulling of chains is normal over time and can be slowed by proper care.  We are not responsible for allergic reactions to metals.
